  • Business Transactions and Transfers:

    As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy shares, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, Personal Information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Data Retention

  • Enquiry data: Retained for a minimum of 24 months from the submission date, and up to 36 months thereafter.
  • Transaction data: Retained for a minimum of 12 months from the transaction date, and up to 24 months thereafter.
  • Email subscriber data: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from subscription, and up to 10 years thereafter.
